#100% Commission

THE BIG BROKERS is a dba for Ram Realty and Mortgage Inc. THE BIG BROKERS pay 100% commission to Real Estate agents. Compensation split is 90/10. Agents pay 10% compensation to brokerage from the earned commission. Maximum compensation agents pay to THE BIG BROKERS is CAP at $10,000 per year. After you hit $10,000 fee, We pay 100% commission to you minus $155 administrative fee.

NOTE: Compensation Cap limit applies to 1-4 Units Residential homes and up to 1.2 Million sales price Only.

Fifty/Fifty Commission Split for First Two Transaction: Any newly joined Real Estate Agents or Brokers, for First Two Real Estate Transactions, the commission split will be 50/50 percent of earned commission.

REAL ESTATE AGENT ONBOARDING CHECKLIST

FOLLOW BELOW STEPS TO JOIN OUR FAMILY

TRANSFER YOUR LICENSE: Go to dre.ca.gov website. Sign in to your e-licensing account. Go to change employer link and add Corporate DRE#02211165 to complete first step.
EMAIL US COPIES: Please email us your Real Estate License (download from DRE website), Valid Driver’s License, Auto Insurance Card, Social Security Card to thebigbrokers1@gmail.com. Please sent PDF file.
SIGN CONTRACT: Sign our Independent Contractor Agreement and W-9 form (via DOCUSIGN). Please ask Broker for contract agreement to sent you.

Additional things to remember

Board/MLS change of broker form: Go to your board and get this change form. Complete, sign and email back to thebigbrokers1@gmail.com for broker approval.
